Who We Are
One partner for everything your building connects to
Covered Connections designs, installs, and manages both halves of your infrastructure —
the physical layer and the systems that run on it.
Cabling to firewall. Camera to card reader. Access point to access control.
One partner. One number. No finger-pointing.
Why We Exist
Built to close the gap.
We started as the specialty resource that national enterprises called when the work had to be done right the first time — Wi-Fi deployments, camera and network refreshes for major retail chains, infrastructure builds across facilities of every kind.
After a few hundred of those projects, a pattern became impossible to ignore. Almost every failure traced back to the same seam: the gap between the people who pull the cable and the people who configure the network.
The cabling contractor didn't know how the network had been designed. The IT vendor had never walked the site. Nobody surveyed the building before material was ordered, nobody had a real plan, and nobody had a Plan B for the day the plan met the building. When it went wrong, each vendor pointed at the other — and the client paid for the gap.
Covered Connections was built to close that seam. We own both worlds, so your project never depends on two companies agreeing about whose fault it is.

Our Purpose
Covered Connections was built to close that seam.
We own both worlds, so your project never depends on two companies agreeing about whose fault it is.
What That Changes
We Survey
Before We ScopeEvery estimate starts with the building, not a floor plan and a guess. Pathways, distances, power, ceiling conditions, and existing infrastructure get verified before a single part is ordered. It is the least glamorous step in the process and the one that prevents the most expensive surprises.
We design for the failure,
not just the installRedundancy, cutover sequencing, and contingency planning are part of the design — because production networks get replaced while people are still working in the building.
We're accountable
end to endThe team that pulls the fiber is the team that configures the switch. There is no handoff, no gap, and no one to blame but us.
National Reach, Single Point
Of Accountability
One scope, one standard, and one project manager across every location.
We deploy nationwide. For multi-site organizations, that means one scope, one standard, and one project manager across every location — instead of a different local vendor, a different install quality, and a different explanation at each site.
The result is infrastructure that looks the same in Sacramento as it does in Atlanta: same hardware standards, same labeling and documentation conventions, same escalation path when something needs attention at 6 a.m. on a Sunday.

How We Work
You Get The Documentation.Every Time
As-builts, rack elevations, IP schemas, port maps, and credentials are turned over at closeout — not promised, not withheld, not held hostage. If we ever part ways, your next partner can pick up exactly where we left off.
Change Orders Get SettledThe Moment They Come Up
When a field condition changes the scope, we price it and get your approval on the spot. You will never find a charge on an invoice that you are hearing about for the first time on that invoice.
One Person OwnsYour Account
You are not routed through a queue to re-explain your building to someone new every time you call.
Who We Are
Covered Connections was founded by Alexandr Terzi, who spent years running Wi-Fi, surveillance, and network refresh deployments for national retail and enterprise clients before starting the company.
The disconnect he kept encountering in the field — between the physical infrastructure and the systems configured on top of it — became the reason this company exists.
Today the team is more than a dozen people: network engineers, project managers, field technicians, and an in-house project administration and accounting group.
We are headquartered in the Sacramento, California area and deliver projects nationwide.
